I’m going to call this my Sunshine Summer Salad Dressing or Dip. ☀️
Too much? Of course not! We like using it for slaw or with kale because the sturdier leaves can really soak up the goodness. Dare I say it’s even better the second day? I dare! Add some fresh summer tomatoes or drizzle over raw or roasted veggies, the sky’s the limit with this ray of sunshine in your life.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of mayo, I like @primalkitchenfoods
3 tbs of apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp of turmeric
1 tsp of dried dill
Generous portion of fresh black pepper
Directions:
Add ingredients together and mix well. Yellow color deepens as dressing sets. Stays well in fridge for a few days. Great for salad lunch prep or make in advance potluck sides.
The health benefits of turmeric and apple cider vinegar are numerous, so dig in!
