
- APPLE CIDER VINEGAR BENEFITS: Aids digestion, regulates blood sugar, lowers cholesterol, boosts metabolism….to name just a few!
- TURMERIC & CINNAMON BENEFITS: Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, enhances brain function, Pre-biotic… just to name a few more!
Ingredients:
⅔ cup of unsweetened plant based milk of choice
3 tbsp of raw apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp of raw local honey
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp of cinnamon
5 cranks for fresh black pepper (do not skip, enhances absorption)
2 pinch of pink salt

Instructions:
Combine ingredients together in a mason jar.
Shake until well incorporated.
Take a shot daily, kid and husband approved.
Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Shake vigorously before serving.

A few things:
Turmeric stains, wipe from counters and try not to spill on clothing.
You can also mix in a warm glass of plant milk of choice and add a little more honey for more of a latte feel.
