Notes

Store in airtight container for 3 days or in the fridge for up to a week. Call them cocoa muffins instead of chocolate, so kids don't expect a chocolate brownie. Great for an afternoon snack or packed in a lunch box. There is no trace of the spinach in taste or appearance.  But okay to omit spinach if you desire.
