Ingredients:
1/2 cup Mayo (I am a fan of the Primal Foods brand which can be found at most grocery stores)
1/2 cup greek yogurt (liquid drained)
Juice from half of a lemon
2 tsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp of each: salt, dried dill, dried thyme, curry powder and garlic powder

Directions:
Combine and mix ingredients well. This will last up to 5 days in the fridge, I mean it won’t last, but it could. Go ahead, and give your cucumbers, carrots or even bok choy a dip. Great over hardier salads made of kale or slaw, which can all be made in advance if looking for quick meal prep for lunch ideas.

This is an altered version of my husband’s aunt’s curry dip. It’s served at most family functions. Obviously, I have to play around with recipes to make them a tad healthier, kid friendly, and of course, as effortless as possible.
I dare you not to love it!
Live well friends,
Christy
