Shortcut anytime black bean brownies (that taste like the real deal)!
Ingredients:
1 box of @simplemills Almond Flour Brownie mix (gluten free)
1 cup (salt free) black beans
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup ground flax
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
2 eggs
Some sea salt and mini chocolate chips for extra topping.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
Rinse off 1 cup of black beans.
Add them to a blender with 1/2 cup of applesauce and 1 tablespoon of water.
Blend until smooth.
Beat eggs in a medium bowl.
Add brownie package, black bean puree, olive oil, flax and maple syrup to mix.
Stir together to incorporate.
If seems overly thick/hard to combine, add additional tablespoon of water.
Grease pan of choice. I like using muffin tins for brownie muffins.
Top with a sprinkle of sea salt and extra @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool before serving.

Kids love them for breakfast with fruit or in the lunchbox! Momma loves them as a after dinner snack. You can find Simple Mills brand and this mix at several grocery stores, Whole Foods, Target, Kroger and Walmart to name a few. *This is not a sponsored post, we just love this recipe.
Live well friends,
