This is a recipe that everyone in our family keeps asking for. They clean their plates and ask for seconds. I hope you enjoy this one pot instapot meal. As of 8/31/23 I have made some updates to this recipe that I think improves upon an already great meal.
First prep this Teriyaki Marinade doing so in advance will cut down on prep time.
What you need:
Teriyaki Marinade double recipe (half for chicken and half for noodles)
4 chicken breast
2 packs of Pad Thai or rice noodles of choice
Optional * Bag of spinach or a few handfuls (can get creative, maybe fresh herbs or green onion)
Instapot/Pressure cooker – I have the Crockpot Brand
Pot for cooking noodles
Serves 4-6 people

Total cook time is roughly 35-40 minutes.

Serve chicken and noodles together or separately.
Tip: Use kitchen sheers to cut up noodles into smaller bites for younger eaters. Enjoy!
I know these are not detailed instructions for how to use your instapot. Here is a great post if you need help with that. I do love our Pressure Cooker, so if you have one, I encourage you to dust it off and give this recipe a try. Report back!
Live well friends,
Christy
